We are on our sixth Golden Retriever since 1982 and have lived in three states—Kansas, Colorado, and Wyoming—with dogs. Over the years, we’ve had a lot of vets, but we’ve never had one as amazing and caring as Amber Ingersoll. Two of our dogs have had disabilities, and Amber has been incredible in providing them with the best care and quality of life possible, even when it was time to say goodbye to one of them. She is currently doing everything she can to help our newest dog, who was born without one paw. We knew we had to give this puppy a home, and we felt confident doing so because we knew she would be in excellent medical hands with Amber. Amber has dedicated a significant amount of time to researching the best options and has worked closely with us to ensure our dog’s life is happy, fulfilling, and pain-free. Thanks to her efforts, we are now fitting our dog with a prosthetic. She’s the BEST—(both the dog and the vet!)

My Tux had been gone for almost two months. He’s a tuxedo cat and is 10 years old. When he finally came home, he was 8 pounds lighter—so of course, I was extremely worried. I checked his gums, and they were white. I couldn’t get him into Moxey’s until November, but I wanted him checked immediately. I called six local vets, and no one could see him. Mountain View gave me Dr. Ingellsol’s number and highly recommended her. I called, and she said she’d be right over as soon as she finished with another patient. She was at my house within 30 minutes. I just wanted to cry from relief. She took such good care of Tux! She’s actually coming back this Monday for a recheck, bloodwork, urinalysis, and deworming. I highly recommend her to anyone with a pet. Thank you again, Amber!

An in home visit from our Vet means no stress for the dog and us. Everyone is relaxed in their home environment. The visit seems more personal and there are no distractions due to a nervous stressed dog. Additionally, there are no uncomfortable encounters with other pets in the waiting room. We love Dr. Ingersoll.
Dr. Amber was very gentle with Emma, who is 16 years old. It was so nice to be able to be in our home, so she didn’t get anxious. It is comforting to know Emma will be able to be at home when her time comes.

We recently had to put our dog down. Amber was so incredibly kind and compassionate to us. She made the whole experience just a little bit easier. From now on, she’ll be taking care of my puppy.
