FAQs
Frequently Asked Questions
What type of pets do you see?
Sheridan Pet Care exclusively sees cats and dogs, and remains dedicated to providing exceptional care for these beloved companions.
What are your payment options?
We accept a variety of payment options, including all major credit cards, cash, checks, and CareCredit.
How can I schedule an appointment for my pet?
Booking an appointment with us is easy! You can schedule directly through the appointment link on our website or by calling or texting us at (307) 763-0751.
Do you see after-hours emergencies?
Yes. We provide emergency care every 6th weekend and every other Wednesday night at Sheridan Pet Care. We share on call coverage with two other local clinics when not directly on call so your pet always has a place to be seen when an emergency arises. Call Sheridan Pet Care and you’ll be directed to the on-call clinic.
What if my pet needs surgery or a dental procedure?
We offer surgery and dental procedures in our clinic. From routine spays and neuters to soft tissue surgeries, abdominal procedures, dental cleanings, and extractions, your pet can receive the care they need right here.
Do you still offer house calls?
Yes! While we now see most patients at our clinic, house-call appointments are available when a home visit is what’s best for you and your pet. House calls are especially well-suited for pets who experience fear, anxiety, or stress in a clinic setting, families with multiple pets, pets who don’t travel well, and for hospice, palliative, and end-of-life care. Contact us to find out if a house call is the right fit for your pet’s needs.
